Job Description
- Develop the annual Organization Design operating plans and implement such plans in line with business requirements.
- Conduct Organization Design studies and analysis to develop appropriate organization structures, optimal manning levels, and appropriate systems and procedures and organizational interface relationships. Update and maintain the organization structure reflecting the ongoing changes.
- Prepare and maintain Organization structure, by understanding the customer operations and best practice of workflows.
- Conduct regular review of organizational requirements, analyse and recommend necessary changes.
- Identify Organization Design issues, assess impact and communicate risk and mitigation plans.
- Propose solutions that add value to the business and improve performance.
- Advice on the implementation of changes in organization or systems and procedures.
- Provide input / contribute to streamline company-wide procedures and processes and ensure and facilitate smooth business activities.
- Monitor, review and advice on the performance of the OD function by producing performance reports.
- Coordinate with Manpower Planning to ensure the changes in Organisation Structure and Manpower Plans are reflected within the system.
- Share industry best practices and effectively lead change through innovative, creative and practical solutions.
- Evaluate and identify business processes that may qualify for process re-engineering. Propose appropriate management action for evaluation and study.
- Carryout surveys related to business process and coordinate the work of external consultants related to the Business Process reviews to ensure standards and requirements.
- Develop the Roles & Responsibilities (RACI, Mandate) and Interfaces between different business units.
