Theycreate and serve hot or cold beverages, often tailored to the customer's preferences.They are responsible for taking customer orders and payments. They also clean and sanitize their work areas, seating areas and equipment/tools.
Responsibilities :
1. involved in the order taking and order placing process while dealing with guest requests and orders, courteously, efficiently and promptly.
2. attend a meeting whenever your client needs something.
Qualification :
1. Prior relevant working experience as order taker
2. Customer service skills, good communication and keen to details
