Group Exercise Instructor

Responsibilities:

.The Group Exercise Instructor ensures effective operation of the Group Exercise classes including provision of advice to members with regards to maintaining correct technique during exercises and correct use of equipment and overall class control and creating a positive experience for all class participants.
. The Group Exercise Instructor ensures effective operation of the Group Exercise studios with the main priority being tidiness, cleanliness and all studio equipment operational and well maintained.
. The Group Exercise Instructor supports the GXM/CGM in meeting the club's KPI's on membership sales, member retention, secondary revenue and overall member experience.
Training and Development:
. Complete MYZONE Training.
. Complete RISE Induction Training.
. In depth knowledge of MYZONE including using the belt at least 8 times monthly.
. Have a genuine interest in all the latest developments in the fitness industry.
. Have an updated UAE Reps card.
