Governance Of Technical Implementation

1. Key responsibilities include
1. Gathering information from existing process maps, identified technical initiatives & CX journeys, to understand the business requirements
2. For new to be implemented systems, work with business stakeholders and IT, to understand current scope of work, and prioritize the technical initiatives that needs to be implemented
3. Review the BRD developed by IT vendors, to ensure it is aligned with the defined processes & journeys, and ensure information accuracy, thoroughness, completeness and compliance.
4. Highlight gaps , risks, assess business requirements and make evidence-based recommendations to support process improvements from a technical perspective
5. Before release of system to the business, test the system to ensure implementation is in alignment with processes & journeys
2. Consultant should be combination of process analyst & system analyst with high level of technical expertise and broad knowledge of hardware, software and programming with a logical approach to problem solving and process re-engineering.
