Account Sales Manager

Job brief

We are seeking a Sales Applications Engineer to develop high-quality applications to increase the company’s sales. Your duties include developing applications, tracking market trends, and training the sales team on the use of the company’s applications. You should possess demonstrable experience in application engineering and be able to present ideas in the layman.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed reports on the company’s software applications and services
• Ensure the company’s products are aligned with consumer trends
• Make consultations regarding the product development with the management and sales teams
• Install, update, and maintain applications
• Train salespeople on product usage and specifications
• Improve front-end functionality by evaluating metrics on the system’s performance
• Support clients with application installations, updates, and maintenance
• Increase application functions by incorporating client feedback and complaints and relaying it to the software team
• Review product specifications and develop an in-depth understanding of them
• Perform competitive analysis and produce reports and presentations on competitors as well as consumer behavior
• Identify technical errors with the software system and other issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of technical experience in a sales environment
• Proficient in at least one programming language (Python, C#, etc.)
• Outstanding communication skills
