JOB PURPOSE:
Provides consultative support and technical expertise in inbound customer queries. This will be the first response line for the queries received from our marketing campaigns that might include technical queries with regards to product details, network setup, clourd, softwatre, etc….
Makes complex, simple. Converting the customer interest to a prospect lead & assign it to the proper sales team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responds to customer technical queries generated of our marketing campaigns
- Collects information from customers about their existing IT and telecommunications infrastructure and conducts analyses.
- Communicates with respective Sales to assign the lead to the proper channels.
- Ensures that information on existing products and services is available by interfacing with Product Marketing, Engineering, and other internal stakeholders.
- Provides L1 technical support/advice to the Inside sales team.
- Identifies current and future opportunities for cross and up-selling and proposes them to Sales.
- Provides technical & commercial advice to Sales and gives direction, guidance, and high-level techno-commercial support.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Required:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Information Technology or related fields
Desired:
- Bachelors in Technology or Business, Industry Certifications
Required:
- 2-3 years in presales in the telco and ICT industry
Desired:
- Experience in solution design, development and presales ICT and Telco industry
