JOB PURPOSE:
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. The main target product for this position is to sell Client digital products to SMB and Enterprise customers. As a successful Inside sales product specialist, you must build instant rapport with prospects on the first call and achieve customer satisfaction through a very defined sales process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with a cross-functional team to execute market marketing/products for the digital products
- Research and identify new sales opportunities in digital products through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and personalize the recommended solution in line with the clients
- Successfully build and progress pipeline through regular and proactive follow follow-ups with clients.
- Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements with customers
- Close sales and achieve target quotas for digital product offerings set by the management
- Identify up-selling & cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue from existing clients in coordination with the outbound d team
- Realize offering revenue and margin targets so that overall profitability, growth and re, venue targets are met and exceeded.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction levels with every customer engagement, meet customer expect expectations target
- Participate in management meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items.
- Keep up with the digital product offerings of the Client to be able to communicate with potential customers effectively
- Demonstrate features of digital product offerings of Clients to potential customers
- Proactively monitor market changes, and competition and provide feedback on noteworthy activities (e.g., technical developments, industry trends, new features, and services) to sales and product teams.
- Be familiar with and utilizes applicable sales tools (such as CRM) to effectively plan and communicate progress.

- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration / MBA
Experience:
Required
- 3+ years experience in Tele-Sales
- 2+ years of experience in Digital products
