Black & Grey HR is hiring a Trading Officer for a client who operates a Multilateral Trading Platform in the UAE. Our client is looking for a highly driven trader who will support them to make accurate judgement calls for digital assets trading.


Roles & Responsibilities:

-Assist with draft market notices/ guides and arrange for these to be placed on Client s website.
-Analysing short term economic trends, assessing the risks and informing the relevant departments.
-Support operations team with updating Policies and Standard Operating Procedures
-Monitor trades and report any anomaly to Trading manager.
-Stay flexible to operate in various work settings.
-Complete weekly reports
-Interact and build strong relationships with stakeholders and with clients
-Support with managing the performance, functions, and activities of associates within the Trading Operations Team
-Work closely with our Operations Team (shift work basis) to understand their needs and to build solutions that enable them to execute transaction and other operational processes effectively, efficiently and at scale
-MaintainEffective relationship with various levels internal and external.





Requirements


-Minimum 3 years experience of working within securities and derivatives markets preferably within electronic trading market surveillance.

-Master s degree in Finance or relevant education.

-Strong ability to analyse , interpret and report in a clear, concise manner.

-Good understanding of how central limit order books/ exchanges works,

-Good understanding the functionality relating to digital asset classes.

-Excellent written & Verbal communication (English)

-Attention o details, Problem solving

-MS Office, ideally advanced user of Excel.
