Fashion E-commerce is looking for Marketing Head on the market of Emirates

What you will do:

• Raise brand awareness +100% every year in the UAE market
  
• Create and implement brand development strategy in international markets with a focus on the UAE market
  
• Develop store s own media, increase it s coverage, create an ideological community around the brand on the international market
  
• Develop and implement a program of interaction with key customers in different locations
  
• Increase creativity in communications
  
• Manage and develop your team
  

Main functional blocks:
Communication marketing: influencers, events, PR, key clients
Own media: social networks, mailing list, web + mobile app as media channels, offline retail as media channel
Creation and promotion of content: photos, videos, texts

What we expect you to have:

• 3+ years of experience in similar position in e-com/retail
  
• English C1 or higher (Fluent Russian will be a big advantage)
  
• The ability to listen to the team and colleagues, find optimal solutions, negotiate, convince, create a synergetic effect
  
• Flexibility in thinking, consistency in processes
  
• Good communication skills, easy-going personality
  
• Ability to inspire, engage, hold attention
