1. Contact Point of the client for every insurance need throughout the policy cycle.
2. Process and respond to complaints, queries, or information requests relating to the services provided by the department.
3. Arrange premium & document collection for the client. Process Insurance applications and make sure the documents are complete & complying with the company s regulations.
4. Prepare Invoice & enter commission details for the life insurance business in the CRM system(Sigorta).
5. Service a portfolio of existing customers (policy renewal, claims, change in premium payment collection, etc.)
6. Resolve queries raised by financial advisers and external customers
7. Interact regularly with our insurance partners both in-person & over the phone
8. Prepare and present a comparison of benefit tables from different providers
9. Maintain client & policy data in a timely & accurate manner within our internal system
10. Underwrites life insurance application before sending it to the Insurance company.
11. Validating the KYC & verifying the client details and the product understanding.
12. Organizing AML /compliance training and exams for the company employees. Reporting to the authorities on any suspicious activity found in the company using the GOAML portal.
13. Maintaining and updating the sanction list as per UN sanction updates and UAE regulations.
14. Submission of AML reports on a half-yearly basis to the insurance authority, confirming the regulations compliance of the company
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any relevant field (Attested)
- ICA Certified (Preferred)
