- Program & perform installation, testing and commissioning of the kitchen and refrigeration equipment at project site to ensure on time delivery.
- Execute all works as per instructions and specifications to ensure 100 % compliance with the design and project specifications.
- Inspect and analyze installed equipment to guarantee the highest quality of the product.
- Perform and plan maintenance activities to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness of work.
- Maintain proper installation and maintenance reports for quality control purpose.
- Provide customer focus service at all times to ensure their satisfaction in quality of service.
- Perform all work in compliance with the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment management system so to maintain zero value of accidents.

Requirements
Expertise in the Maintenance and troubleshooting of Automated Catering & Kitchen Equipment, refrigeration, and walk-in chiller/freezer.
Experience in preparing and conducting Preventive Maintenance
Able to read and understand equipment manuals, circuit diagrams and drawings
Expertise in similar job role minimum 3 years
