Job Description
We have partnered with an internationally recognized company with its headquarters in Dubai and holding projects across the MEA. They are looking to hire a Senior Landscape Architect for their Dubai based operations.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee the delivery of numerous landscape projects within commercial, hospitality, and residential complexes and other sustainable / botanical projects.
Main Responsibilities to include:
- You will manage small to medium projects right from concept to construction
- Oversee/organize design, documentation in line with project contracts, timelines and budgets
- Manage teams of landscape architects, CAD Technicians, and specialist support teams
- Coordinate with clients. stakeholders, contractors
- Manage internal project drawings, documentation and administrative in line with quality standards and procedures
- Ensure all QA/QC procedures are followed and approvals obtained
- Assist with post tender contract admission stage and carrying out site visits
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Landscape Architecture/Architecture
- Chartered status with a Landscape institute or equivalent is essential
- Minimum of 7 years experience on design projects
- Experience in using BIM related technologies (REVIT) in landscape architecture would be an advantage
- Must have the ability to lead multiple concurrent design projects
- Must be skilled in CAD, Revit, BIM, Sketch-Up, Lumion
- Good working knowledge of horticulture and environmental & life sciences
