Deeply understands web analytics and consumer journey to drive UX, content, and site capabilities and enhancements
Helps the brand build and maintain customer loyalty, utilizing CDP / CRM platforms to analyze consumer data and make recommendations to relevant teams, e.g., Marketing, Online, Finance, etc.
Uses 1st party consumer data to drive new consumer acquisition, lowering cost per acquisition, by enhancing consumer segmentation and influencing creative personalization, and using the data to improve online experience, retention, and ultimately lifetime value
Analyze customers’ behavior online to identify preferences and tailor online experiences to consumers to improve experience and increase revenue
Analyze and anticipating trends of consumer’s shopping behavior and consumption patterns through data analysis of the consumer data base and market trends in order to deliver insights into a comprehensive consumer life cycle for the Brand.
