Job Description
Streamline Data Analytics use case lifecycle process and establish frameworks, governance, and measurements of ROI
• Work with the internal stakeholders to convert strategic needs into Data, Business Intelligence and Analytics requirements
• Work with the data analysts and data engineers to identify and gather data for analytics requirements
• Record all datasets for measurement of business performance and reporting to cross-functional stakeholders
• Support ad hoc data and analysis requests as needed, and work to translate them into tools and metrics
• Extract reports from multiple sources (e.g., operations, various systems, customer feedbacks etc.)
