Internship – Education Expert

Responsibilities:
• Is the guardian of the brand’s awareness within their area(in some case, into Education in brands and into Commerce with dotted line)
• Is the relay and contact of clients concerning Access
• Provides trainings for hairdressing schools of their area
• Follows high potential clients individually
• Visits and trains customers to develop their technical skills and product knowledge, working closely with the Business Partners
• Conducts consultation days in coordination with Clients and Business Partners
• Visits and trains new potential client partners, in coordination with the Business Partners
• Trains Business Partners on brand (products and services)
• Reports on education actions, via Access and Daxium
• Improves in-salon and adapts to brand standards
• Leads training sessions in salons, academies… in line with Education strategy
• Communicates brand’s values and product information in seminars, trainings (classroom, digital, webinars…) to customer and colleagues
• Coached by Education in the brands
