Job Description
Education: College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 3-5 years experience in Change Management. Experience in testing is a definite advantage. Job-Specific Skills: Technology domain expertise in Change Management & Testing Solutions. Understanding of IT Service Management involving ITIIL and ISO 2000 is desired. Analysis and troubleshooting skills used to support end users. Experience working on SAP Solution Manger and supporting testing solutions
13 or more years of experience in project management in IT and business/industry 5 to 8 years of managing projects and taking leadership responsibilities 3 years of managing teams Demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field Certified in Project Management (PMP or Prince) Preferred to be a scrum master or carries an agile certificate.
