ge, monitor and report the procurement planning, support in the preparation of division s budget, precontract and post-contract management of contracts of Company s and its subsidiaries, including management of the outsourced procurement services, monitor and manage the service delivery by the contractors, evaluate service level performance, measure KPIs, improve procurement cycle time, ensure value generation, identify opportunities for cost savings, and administer key outsourced contracts

Minimum 8 years of experience in Contracts Management, preferably both in procurement and post-contract management of multiple services contracts, construction contracts and cost management in a client s organization or in a contract management consultancy.

Preferable experience in ERP systems, electronic tendering systems, process and procedures governing the life cycle of contracts (initiation of procurement to contract closeout)

Excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor.

Excellent customer service skills.
