We are looking for an bookeper/ accountant to help our business make critical financial decisions by recording and classifing a companys daily financial transactions; providing insights, analysis and advice to ensure healthy cash flow and financial stability.

The role will include:

Bookkeeping (daily care of finance: keep track of daily expenses, organize and keep records, complete payments, prepare invoices, chase client payments) vs accountant (create monthly reports, P&L, maintain healthy cash flow, create finance projections, provide advice.

Requirements

• Have at least 3 years experience as an accountant in the UAE
  

• Experience working with digital softwares
  

• Have a relevant degree / education in accounting
  

• Have excellent English skills both written and verbal
  

How your day will look like:

• Manage all accounting transactions
  

• Prepare budget forecasts
  

• Publish financial statements in time
  

• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  

• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  

• Ensure timely bank payments
  

• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
  

• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  

• Report on the company s financial health and liquidity
  

• Audit financial transactions and documents
  

• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
  

• Comply with financial policies and regulations
