• Assist with processing sales orders and proforma invoices
• Generate supplier orders
• Update accounting system and book shipments with forwarder
• Follow up supplier progress
• Send out daily customer status reports
• Compile shipping documents including commercial invoice and packing lists
• Arrange shipping insurance
• Load payments on system
• Execute customer requests and process warranty claims
• Excellent multitasking skills within their work space as well as computer software programs.
• Be a professional representative of our company
• Will report to Director
