Responsibilities:

• Invoice booking both PO and Non-PO based.
• Freight and customs duty booking
• Expense claims booking for manual expense claims
• Expat utility booking and payment
• travel expense booking
• courier booking
• telephone invoice booking
• Prepayment amortization
• Accrual for general expenses such as audit fees, medical insurance, rent expenses etc.,
• Insurance accrual, prepayment amortization - and maintenance of policy documents, ensuring insurance compliance.
• Bank reconciliation in SAP
• Cheque reconciliation such as current dated and post cheques with GL.
