Project Coordinator

Our client, a well-known retail company, is urgently looking for a Project Coordinator who will work in their Dubai branch. Reporting to the Project Manager, this person will act as a bridge between the operation, sales, and the client. The job holder will be responsible for:

• Collecting documents from clients and sharing them with the sales and production team
• Following up with a client, when needed
• Assisting the project manager for smooth operation of the project from conceptualization to implementation stage
• Collecting reports from production and updating the salesperson
• Should have the knowledge of designing & layout customization as per the client needs

Requirements

To be considered for this role, the person should meet the following criteria:

• a degree holder of any related course
• should have at least 2 years in project management
• good command of English language
• should be able to start immediately
• willing to work in a retail shop
