• You will be the voice of the Brand, working closely with influencers and customers, engaging with customers across channels, and providing a deep understanding of digital culture and trends
• Reporting to the VP, Marketing, the Social Media & Influencer Manager will be a key contributor to a fast-growing early-stage startup with a passionate customer following
• Spearhead the creative strategy, planning, and execution of content for social channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc
• Drive editorial planning as well as create, manage, and oversee all social media content including copywriting; develop original imagery and video
• Handle community management by responding to questions and comments in a timely and effective manner while also leveraging the brand voice across multiple social media accounts
• Explore, negotiate, and manage relationships with content creators/influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors that align with the brand
• Research and test new channels; develop innovative ideas to help increase brand relevance
• Develop strategies to drive engagement and build community, engaging and interacting with followers
• Track and report KPIs; provide insights to leadership
• Work with internal departments to meet customer needs
• Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers; build and maintain customer relationships to maximize retention
