• Ensuring the provision of AV equipment to all required areas
• Providing first-line maintenance, reporting of faults and liaising with external maintenance contractors.
• Maintaining equipment to a high standard of functionality, observing safety regulations, precautions and reporting any irregularities.
• Overseeing and assisting with the routine replacement and update of equipment.
• Maintaining appropriate records of bookings and ensuring that equipment is supplied on time.
• Ensuring the security of rooms and equipment and in cooperation with ICT security where necessary.
• Observing and administering codes of practice in the use of ICT computer and network facilities.
