• Partner / supplier management for ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
• Generate weekly / monthly reports on contact reasons via [email protected]. Create and maintain the SLAs dashboard and use it to monitor the performance of the channel
• Document Operational processes and procedures.
• In house shop setup management – Stock security and management, Resources management & Assets management.
• Coordinate with all touch points (call centre, partners, social media) to swiftly solve customer complaints.
• Administer & manage Stock & inventory – monitoring, orders, transfers, POs / SOs monitoring and follow up, Collateral monitoring and ordering, Payments tracking and follow up.
• Supervision of Activations and optimization
• Minimize order cancellations. Support Capability Manager and Online Shop Manager to up sell / cross sell and clear obsolete stock
