Solutions Delivery

Responsibilities:
• Making sure MVPs are met
• Insures system’s stability and reliability
• Facilitating scrum ceremonies (Sprint planning, retrospective, etc…)
• Work closely with the product lead to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
• Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary
• Technically support in the blockchain initiative
• Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World’s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies
• Collaborating with key stakeholders for knowledge sharing, updates, and meeting reviews to improve WLP internal and external work synergy
• Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations
• Conduct frequent sessions with team to align activities, focus, and priority with roadmap capstone deliverables.
• Provide the management with innovative technical solutions to solve various system problems
• Approve development team’s timesheet
• Presenting the development progress to different internal and external stakeholders
• Keep up to date on new technology, standards, protocols, and tools in areas relevant to the rapidly changing digital environment
• The ability to work on technical tasks if required
