The primary role of this position will be to provide an efficient, effective, professional and value-adding administrative service to the leadership team.
The key responsibility areas are:
• Understand business priorities and objectives of the team to plan the annual calendar and facilitate the integration and prioritization of business activities
• Organize, prioritize, and appropriately handle time-sensitive, highly confidential information
• Coordinate domestic and international travel and trip schedules
• Assist with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents
• Lead, track, and drive completion of key deliverables, including keeping in close contact with project leads and decision makers, obtaining updates, and following up on outstanding items
• Compose and prepare correspondence, contact lists and travel arrangements
• Build relationships crucial to the success of the organization and support with a variety of special projects for the leadership team.
• Act as a bridge for smooth communication between the senior management team and internal departments; to maintain credibility, trust and confidentiality
• Manage the status, resources, and timelines for all aspects of the project, and work with management and internal teams to provide updates on issues and advancements.
• Provide overall office management and administrative support to the leadership team
