Regional Solutions & Services

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business line management and sales – SOL / SER / EPS for devising strategies to address market and customer needs, and achieve yearly KPIs
• Work with commercial management from business lines on reviewing and optimizing the processes; Work continuously to optimize, automate and offshore topics for a leaner cost structure
• Align and push strategic topics and programs with RSS BU CFO
• Work on digitalization and automation topics in RSS.
• Push for analytical approach to topics for accurate responses
• Drive competitiveness programs pushing for topline growth, and cost reductions
• To be the bridge from “idea generation” to “idea implementation”, with a continuous focus and target for “getting things done”
• Work and support RSS region management to review and plan for regional topics
• Work on special growth topics that are pushed by RSS CEO
