Senior Manager (Island Projects)

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the leading developers in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our Client is involved in some of the most innovative projects and programs, shaping the environment for the future generations. They are looking to hire a Senior Managerto plan and supervise a wide range of island construction projects from start to finish.

- Manage and control budgets, schedules and deliveries for multiple design and construction projects

- Provide project status reports as requested by senior project management

- Lead team of multidisciplinary technical leads

- Assure strategy, priorities, schedule and delivery impacts are communicated to team leads

- Report to Assistant Program Director

Requirements

- 20+ years of proven experience in managing construction projects

- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles

- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards

- Good knowledge of MS Office

- Familiarity with construction/ project management software

- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- A team player with leadership abilities
