• Ensure comprehensive and complete coverage of own portfolio, covering all levels of accounts, managerial & departmental executives for a comprehensive client servicing, achieving targets and maximum productivity
• Working closely with Hotel Team in setting up guest preference/ request
• Track competitor activity and report on key findings and trends
• Work with the Manager -Sales in monitoring and analyzing sales mix, in comparison with overall hotel goals and strateg
• Solicit and serve transient and group business and meetings
• Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed set targets
• Maintain a high level of exposure for the hotel through direct sales
• Understand the nature of the hotel industry and the Market changes
• Input ideas and information into sales activities and promotions
• Handle all MICE RFP Received by Hotel
• Maintain MICE generating accounts through various sales activities (face to face sales calls, telephone calls, sight inspections, entertainment)
• Achieve the Annual assigned Revenue Budget
• Analysis of information based in your segment and making recommendations based on those
• Ensure that selling strategies are adhered to during negotiations and maximize up selling opportunities whenever possible
