You will be updated with latest job alerts via email• Work closely with senior site merchandisers to assist with category goals and targets
• Innovate and test new campaign ideas which will aim to improve conversion and retention of customers
• Assist with liaising with different teams including CRM, digital marketing, and the commercial team to help with deals and specific call outs for campaigns
• Manage the category onsite while being on top of key trends, and ensuring the customer journey is optimized and relevant for that category
• Obtain and analyze data on a regular basis using SQL and Excel which contributes to the category targets
• Aim to excel in operational processes within the organization and with different teams and come up with newer, more efficient processes if need be
• Stay up to date with new ideas/innovations within the industry
