• Establish and develop structural design from concept throughout the subsequent design stages.
• Perform structural engineering analysis of steel structures.
• Undertake engineering design and calculations in compliance with international code of practice.
• Manage coordinate of the structural design with other disciplines, other offices, and other project team members as required by project size.
• Review drawings, design analysis and calculations.
• Manage QA/QC in accordance with the company policy.
• Write, collaborate on, and review reports, documents, and proposals.
• Support construction administration personnel including field reviews and co-ordination, review and issuance of change notices, clarifications and RFI responses on an occasional or as required basis.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with team members and other disciplines.
• Monitor team members performance and report progress to the management.
• Collaborate with head of department to prioritize projects, workloads, and needs.
• Collaborate with other members of the team to deliver innovative and sustainable best value solutions that meet the Client's requirements whilst maintaining excellent relationships with Clients and co-workers.
