• Design, plan and execute employer branding activities.
• Assess candidates against the behavioural and technical requirements of each specific role.
• Use of online psychometric tool to assess senior candidates.
• Attract and search proactively for talented candidates for open positions.
• Generate ideas of creating sourcing methods to find the best available candidates for the roles available.
• Working closely with hiring managers on the recruitment for their teams, being a true talent partner.
• Create and present reports on key talent acquisition initiatives.
• Attend career and college fairs, and similar events.
• Development and use of Recruitment Marketing tools across several platforms as required.
