• Scheduling and booking customer service and repairs for technicians with customers in a proactive manner
• Update customer on the progress of the job in a timely manner
• Booking/logging in urgent jobs
• Job card entry-open and close
• Movement updates in System (fleet and lease)
• Change of sub status in status
• Answer phone calls
• New vehicle checklist entry in system.
• All admin related jobs in workshop.
