Responsibilities:
• This role is complex because it is multi-disciplinary, combining deals, peak events, and customer studies across User experience studies/ surveys to actively cultivate insights to shape our merchandising and marketing strategy to better serve the customer across AE, SA and EG.
• A focused customer obsessesion that enables Amazon to understand PanMENA customers and shape a stronger product to meet their needs.
• Superior deals proposition that delights customers and creates word of mouth,
• A differentiated and memorable peak events calendar to acquire new and engage existing customers
