• Ability to think both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Keep up to date with evolving marketplace and technology trends, and explore new and effective products or enhancements that will improve site & mobile experiences to lift user traffic, engagement, and conversion
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects: work prioritization, planning, task delegation, and hitting deadlines.
• Willingness to dive in and be comfortable with a degree of ambiguity
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform product and customer experience decisions
• Create a test & learn environment for products in Innovation and CX to quickly understand market acceptance
• Highly adaptable and enjoy the intellectual challenge of diving deep into projects spanning financial, operational, and retail domains
