Manager Treasury

Responsibilities:
• Undertake thorough due diligence of the information pack and submit to the lenders.
• Liaise with external and internal legal counsels and ensure timely execution of the facility documentation.
• Ensure satisfaction of all the agreed covenants and undertakings in the loan documentation post drawdown of the loan and advise necessary initiatives to take corrective actions.
• Develop Funding strategies on approaching Bank & Capital Markets; present the information pack to the lenders as per the agreed funding plan.
• Lead compliance of all major Conditions Precedent in the loan documentation to achieve timely completion of the financial closure and drawdown.
• Participate and lead negotiations with lenders for bid improvements.
• Establish information requirements to be captured in information memorandum and advise business units for providing information pack accordingly thus ensuring bankability of the proposal.
• Review financing proposals received from the lenders and evaluate terms and conditions, make amendments as per the commercial consideration agreed in the term sheet
