Program Manager

responsibilities
• Identify growth and improvement opportunities and work with stakeholders to develop programs to address them; own and deliver multiple competing projects/programs simultaneously
• Collaborate with MENA stakeholders to identify new VAS offerings and synergies (and improvements to existing offerings) and work with peers to operationalize them; work across teams to generate buy-in and accelerate progress
• Develop strategic & tactical execution plans and drive implementation for projects/programs, escalating timely to unblock progress
• Identify data requirements/improvements (KPIs, targets, benchmarks, etc.) for existing and new processes; setup tracking & reporting mechanisms/reports to drive data-driven discussions and actions
• Collaborate with MENA and Amazon-worldwide stakeholders to identify best practices and contextualize them for the business
