• Advise: become single point of contact & trusted advisor to Core leadership on behalf of GA (geo vs. partner intimacy) & help navigate Alliances ecosystem
• Grow: Build a market development plan with local leadership with bottom-up view of market, segments/industries, etc. aligned to local priorities (e.g., grow the business, protect base, displace competitors; identify white space in region
• Connect: Map partners to key priorities & accounts and engage relevant teams, coordinate Core-GA meetings, QBRs, etc.; attend Area sales calls; connect partner-teams & support as necessary for specific local white space opportunities
• Enable: Educate & evangelize Alliances, value prop & capabilities to Core teams
• Create: Develop content to help Alliances and the field e.g., walking decks on partner strengths/capabilities, training collateral. Measure: Maintain KPI dashboard to track execution against GA-supported
