Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Build the website and other social media platform (Facebook account, Mobile Apps) and ensure content the or the relevant areas of responsibility are fully updated.
• Business partner and trade partner relationships on a multiple level.
• Ensure that all marketing materials adhere to brand standards, are maintained by the individual business units in the fashion as set out, and to develop new designs items which are cutting edge, customer focused, brand fitting, efficient and effective for operational teams and needs of the business.
• Other important relationships will be maintaining marketing partners, media influencers and industry associations in the relevant field of J-Club.
• Implement online and offline initiatives with key stakeholders, which achieve performance of lead measures, and which measurably increase revenue, loyalty, and quality scores.
• Execute and periodically adjust comprehensive marketing strategies and programmes in support of J-Club operations, managing all marketing activities within designated budgets.
• Ensure that Public Relations potential for J-Club is fully maximized through Corporate Communications.
• Improve the marketing efficiency ratio, ROI, and ROE, for marketing activities and establish campaigns which measure success / failure.
• Design and development of marketing materials for all J-Club operations.
• Printing and production partners on multiple platforms for any marketing needs.
• Prepare sound marketing plans with relevant buy in from all stakeholders through strategic integrated marketing and branding strategies.
• Develop marketing strategies through integration of loyalty programmes achieving redemption targets.
• Manage agency relationships from the perspective of advertising, graphic design, printing, promotional events, and media, in an effort that these partners fully understand and maximize the value of the individual J-Club brands.
