You will be updated with latest job alerts via email1. Understand the business objectives and requirements of the assigned BU(s)/Function(s) and develop and agree annual HR Business Plans with
appropriate business leaders. Deliver against these plans.
2. Provide agreed levels of HR service to the organization, e.g. recruitment, development, training, compensation & benefits, performance management, change management plans, talent management.
3. Work with HR Manager to develop local HR initiatives that support the Regional and Pan-European strategies and policies
4. Work with HR Manager and Line Managers to lead and manage changes in business operations and the corporate culture
5. Lead local projects and participate in pan-European HR teams and projects
6. Active participation in budget process from headcount to labour cost in the relevant budgets
7. Support line managers in the implementation of core models. Work with BU/Functional heads to develop manpower plans for the short, medium and longterm perspectives
8. Responsible for monthly payroll calculations in close cooperation with finance and staying within department costs.
