Job Description
• Greet and escort customers to their tables
• Present the menu and provide complete information about the food and service
• Prepare and arrange tables by setting up linens, silverware, plates, and glasses
• Inform customers about the day’s specials
• Offer menu recommendations upon customer’s request
• Up-sell additional products when appropriate
• Take accurate food and drinks orders
• Communicate order details with the Kitchen Staff
• Serve ordered foods & drinks properly
