SHIFT SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:
• Receives LPG product from supply sources in bulk or in cylinders and coordinates activities of cylinder refilling, product transfer, cylinder loading, tank lorry loading, unloading and aerosol processing
• Coordinates with Plant Manager on employee leave matters, overtime and other HR related issues

• Ensures optimum utilization of manpower. Maintains time sheets for employees including contract labor and certifies overtime
• Conducts routine maintenance activities of cylinders, equipment, tanks, pipelines etc.
• Ensures by appropriate monitoring and review, the work under his control is performed in a safe and environmentally sound manner
• Knows the Company’s and Environment, Health & Safety Policy, Procedures, Regulations and Objectives as they relate to his area of responsibility and ensure that they are effectively implemented in his domain.
