• Identify opportunities to enhance the people services and deliver solutions to provide the best possible employee experience
• Provide guidance for the UAE HR admin operations team: Managing day-to-day operational HR activities such as employee database, leave management, insurance execution, grievances, and investigations, etc.
• Be the subject matter expert in Emiratization programs such as Tawteen and drive delivery of those where noon becomes an early adopter of such programs to effectively utilize their benefits for the organisation
• Accountable for the UAE payroll entries and being the point of contact for the third-party manpower providers for their payroll execution.
• Advise, coach and partner with line managers for the implementation of noon policies, and best practices to ensure management of personnel
• Be a point for employee queries, providing advisory where needed to ensure they are fully aware of their rights and responsibilities and address it in a proactive manner
• Train line managers on HR policies and processes, including Performance Management and Employment Law
• Partner with our Shared Services team and other HR functions on topics like Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Engagement & Development
• Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes, systems and procedures
• Manage, guide and motivate a team of direct reports
• Roll out new or/and amend existing policies, procedures, processes. Ensure compliance and hygiene in line with the polices.
• Manage systems implementation, provide training where necessary and manage a team of system administrators (if applicable
