Lead Software Engr

Responsibilities:

• Technically lead program teams for Embedded product solutions. This would include solutioning of at least 2 programs individually and guide 7-8 engineers on 3-4 NPIs.

• Ensure uniformity in implementations & identify reuse opportunities across these products and development groups

• Develop Technology Roadmaps for product

• Work with HW/SW engineers to offer a comprehensive connected solution

• Advice customers & business leaders on technical direction.

• Patents in his/her field of work.

• Coaches/mentors junior members in team on the products, standards and domain

• Participates in innovation forums, hackathons & come up with impactful ideas

• Shares best practices across LOBs and SBGs

• Technical liaison to W2W PM. Project schedules, prioritization, presentations.

• Technical lead on customer issues, Ability to talk face to face with customers and resolve issues with a sense of urgency
