Assistant Nurse

• Assisting dermatologists with the diagnosis and treatment of skin conditions.
  
• Performing skin examinations, evaluating patient s condition, and recording patient s medical history & laboratory results.
  
• Providing pre and post-operative care for patients undergoing treatment for a variety of skin conditions and diseases.
  
• Assisting with procedures using specialized medical equipment, including cosmetic dermatology.
  
• Performing wound care by applying knowledge of different types of dressings, topical medications and wound care routines; conducting research to stay up-to-date on new procedures and protocols.
  
• Gained knowledge on treatment of acne, specific acne medications and their risks, and alternative topical medications.
  
• Assessing skin aging or other skin-related health problems.
  
• Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological and spiritual support to patients, friends and families.
  
• Monitoring and administered medications and intravenous infusions.
  
• Taking patient s samples and vital signs such as pulse, respiration, temperature and blood pressure.
  
• Maintain complete and accurate patient records.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Nursing.
  
• Must have Min 2 years of experience as Dermatology Nurse.
  
• Must have HAAD License or documents required in order to get approval from HAAD.
