• Contribute to the implementation, integration and support of applications in a cost-effective way by determining the project requirements, methodology, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners.
• Manage the incidents troubleshooting in Production
• Conduct detailed analysis on the issues raised by business. Implement root cause fixes rather than quick fixes.
• Maintain and publish QoS report on a weekly basis.
• Communicate with business on the status of issue resolution.
• Ability to conduct trainings and execute change management to improve adoption of the solution
• Conduct Requirement workshop/sessions with business teams (UWs, product owners, sales, finance, claims, UI/UX experts) - API
