Specialist , Legal Affairs

Responsibilities:
• Drafts, reviews and amends a variety of agreements, including in particular specialist agreements
• Identifies potential liabilities and legal risks of proposed transactions and devises creative and practical legal solutions to meet the company’s commercial needs.
• Drafts and recommends materials for internal legal training seminars.
• Provides required support, advice and guidance on liabilities, legal restrictions and risks of proposed transactions
• Recommends legal position on specified business matters.
• Drafts a range of commercial and finance related agreements.
• Considers and evaluates required changes to standard form agreements and legal processes
• Develops legal policies and internal positions to enable business decisions and further operations.
• Drafts complaints and responses for litigation matters.
• Supports the negotiation of medium to high value agreements and independent negotiation of specialist agreements
• Provides advice to enable decision making on complex business critical matters.
