Job Description
Responsibilities :
• Accountability & responsibility of managing a large portfolio of multiple clients, ensuring a high quality of service delivery, ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Responsibility of client relationships from delivery of portfolio / projects across all services offered by the client
• Managing the scope of work agreements
• Conflict resolution
• Team management and collaboration, to ensure that the clients needs are met
