Job Description
Responsibilities:
.
Deliver food & beverage orders to guest rooms, in line with the hotel standards.
.
Assist the Assistant Room Service Manager throughout the daily operations.
.
Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
.
Aware of trends and propose ideas to build the range and quality of Food and Beverage.
.
Optimise sales and contain costs, identifying any areas for action.
.
Supervise and assist the In Room Dining team, and extend support when needed
