Assistant Finance Manager

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with the external audit process including preparation of year end and interim financial statements to be produced in line with ATG and up to date IFRS guidelines
• Provide input on the budget and control expenses of the ecommerce function, ensuring it stays within its operating budget
• Monitor the ongoing financial performance of digital and provide continued visibility to management
• Review monthly/Annual closing activities in accordance with corporate policies and IFRS and ensure timely submission of monthly management reports
• Participate in the development of the Finance strategy for the company, by researching and providing input that is in line with the Group‘s overall strategic direction
• Guide and motivate subordinates to enhance performance and produce quality work, and ensure that they are continuously developed for higher level roles
• Ensure proper insurance cover on assets in coordination with corporate finance
• Provide leadership and direction to subordinates towards the achievement of goals and objectives
